Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At the moment, we do not provide shipping services outside India.
Order Processing Timeline
All orders are generally processed within 1-2 working days, not including weekends or public holidays, from the date of confirmation.
Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant order details.
Estimated Delivery Period
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 8 business days, allowing you to enjoy your new fashion purchases in a timely manner.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an invalid address, recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse. You may request the order to be shipped again.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order is delivered in damaged condition, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo evidence of the damage.
For packages lost during transit, we will process a replacement or issue a refund once the courier partner confirms the loss.
